Pellet Extruder 3D Printer Design

Large format 3D printer with a pellet extruder designed and manufactured for a customer.

Stainless Steel Stair/Balustrade Project

Stair and balustrade project for a dairy factory facility. The treads were water-jet cut from 6mm stainless steel tread plate and then folded in approximately 3m long sections. The stringers were fabricated from 6mm stainless steel plate. The hand rail assembles were fabricated from standard stainless steel tube which were then fixed directly to the stringers.

Ebike Platform

Dual battery ebike platform that would allow users to remove one of the batteries for shorter rides thereby reducing bike weight and to include the second battery for longer rides. When the second battery is removed a a storage case can be included in it’s place. The bike also includes a CVT motor.

Micro-Needle Syringe

An animal remedies company were wanting to deliver multiple hypodermic syringes subcutaneously. We designed and manufactured a prototype that provided for 12 needles to deliver the required remedy just below the skin surface.
